 Commercial Fitness 
This program is designed for students interested in working in areas of health promotion, personal trainer, martial arts, fitness/wellness centers, athletic clubs, corporate fitness programs, and YMCA/YWCA/JCC programs. 
 
 
Requirements are organized into four sections: 
  1. General Education Requirements
  2. Core Requirements
  3. Concentration Courses.
  4. Other Required Courses
  • All course requirements for students in this program are outlined below.

    Please Note:  

    *A 2.1 overall GPA and a 2.5 major GPA are required for field work and graduation for this concentration.  

     Level I fieldwork requires a 2.1 overall GPA and a 2.5 major GPA.  

     Level II fieldwork requires a 2.5 overall GPA and a 3.0 major GPA. Refer to the fieldwork manual for additional information and requirements related to fieldwork.
