Radford University Operated Apartments offer enrolled, upperclassmen students a unique and independent living style nearby campus. The university offers 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom apartments and townhouses.

What makes University Operated Apartments Different?

• No monthly rent! University Operated Apartments are billed to a student's account at the start of each semester alongside tuition. 
• Utilities are included! When you live in a University Operated Apartment, you will not have the hassle of setting up electricity, water, sewer, trash, cable tv, and/or gas. When you move in, you are ready to start school!
• No shared lease! All housing agreements and rates are individual. Since students don't share a lease, there is no added costs if someone else moves out.
• Easy packing! All University Operated Apartments have furnished bedrooms with desk, chair, bed, mattress, and dresser.
• No-cost laundry! All apartments offer either in-unit or on-premises laundry. Apartment rates include access to laundry at no additional cost.

Meal Plan

Apartment residents are assigned the Highlander Junior meal plan. Visit OneCard to see meal plan options and rates.

Parking

Apartment residents must purchase and display a valid Radford University Parking pass to park in university designated parking. Failure to purchase parking permits will result in parking tickets and potential towing. 

Mail

Each unit shares a mailbox just outside the apartment building. Packages are delivered to your door. Apartment resident mail is processed through the Radford Post Office located off-campus.
