CIPP

• Discussed what to do about players not registering in the spring
• The list from the National Office must be taken with a grain of salt because they get behind in processing applications
• Non-compliant clubs must prove individual CIPP compliance to their respective coordiantor before the game can be played. Consequently the EC adopted the following motion:

The VRU EC has empowered the coordinators to determine which clubs are viable to play. Viable means a club is CIPP registered, has liability insurance or exemption, and a sufficient number of players registered. Any non-viable club must satifsy their respective coordinator that they are viable by 7 pm on Wednesday before a match. If not, the match will not be played.

There is talk of another increase in CIPP dues

The CIPP Committee is against this until a justification is submitted. No justification has been submitted at this time.

Ultimately, the USARFU Board of Directors has the final approval
