If you're coming down I - 95, get on the Powhite Parkway going south, just as you enter Richmond (the exit serves both I - 64 and the Powhite, so stay in the left lane as you exit). Stay on the Powhite until you cross the James River.
As you cross the river, you'll see signs for the Forest Hill exit. You have to pay 35 cents.
Take a left onto Forest Hill. O'Toole's is a bit of a ways. It's just after a major intersection with "the Boulevard." (I think it's called Westover Hills Boulevard there, but I'm not sure). O'Toole's is on the right, at the next light, just before you'd get to a movie theater. Turn right between O'toole's, which is on the corner, and the movie theater. There's parking in back.
