What Should You Do?
What do I do if I see an ambulance, fire truck, or other car or truck with lights on it? If you see a vehicle and it has lights that are turned on that are flashing, you should move out of its way. If the lights are not turned on, then everything is okay and there is no need to move out of the way.
Should I be scared if I see an emergency vehicle? No. There is no need to be scared when you see us. Something may have gone wrong but it is our job to make it right again.
Who are the people who come when I call 9-1-1? The people who come when you call are different depending on what you call for.
