Manager of Advancement Systems
| DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: |
The
Manager of Advancement Systems provides overall leadership to the
administrative operations of University Advancement. The manager is
responsible for the overall management of advancement modules and data
related services within Banner (the university's fundraising database)
and will supervise the areas of data administration, gift and pledge
accounting, stewardship, and prospect research. The Manager will work
closely with colleagues in university advancement, alumni relations,
information technology, and the foundation, to plan and execute
comprehensive fund raising programs. Responsibilities

| QUALIFICATIONS: |
Expert knowledge of Banner Advancement. Strong knowledge of Banner letter generation, population selections, and reporting. 3-4 years Development/Fundraising experience with specific knowledge in non-profit data and gift procedures, standards, policies and practices. Prior management and supervisory experience. Ability to work with a diverse population. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Highly professional; detail oriented, deadline and task oriented. Experienced in multitasking. Personal initiative, creativity, and problem solving skills. |

Salary is commensurate upon qualifications and experience. |
