(From E-Builder, May 2004) Welcoming scpring with the fifth annual Bobby Felder Jazz Extravaganza. Teh event was held at the Capitol Hill United Methodist Church and co-sponsored by the Capitol Hill Group Ministry. The concert is an annual fund-raiser to benefit work with the homeless in the community.

(From E-Builder, July04) Two-hundred-fifty 4 and 5-year old children at the Peabody Early Childhood Center, Washington, DC raised almost $3,400 in May at their annual "Trike-a-Thon". This event is supported by a partnership with the Kiwanis Club of Capitol Hill (YCPO), the Washington Gas Company and the Capitol Hill Cluster School.
