Personal Training Info

Thank you for your interest in personal training at Radford University! We are excited to offer this service and will work hard to help you meet your fitness and wellness goals. We believe that physical activity and healthy balance are essential for academic success, stress management, and being happy. We specialize in helping clients with weight loss, muscle gain, overall health goals, performance goals, and specialty training. 

PLEASE FILL OUT THE PERSONAL TRAINING REQUEST FORM (PTRF) TO GET STARTED!

After completing the PTRF, you will be contacted within 2 business days to set up an initial consultation. Your initial consultation will include:

  • Anwering any questions you have
  • Determining which personal trainer you will be working with based on your goals, preferences, and the trainer's availability
  • Expaining all of your purchasing options and which package will best fit your needs and your budget
  • Collecting some basic health information to ensure that you are ready and safe to exercise
