Boat Landing

boat-landing

This long clay and sand beach will be your first view of the Las Piedras Biodiversity Station. After travelling up-river more than five hours, your boat  will pull up to dock here, anchoring to an overhanging tree while your team unloads their gear and goods and carries them up the trail to the station. This is also where we’ll come to swim! Nothing feels better after a long day in the jungle than taking a dive off the bank into the cool clean waters of the river!
