The Payroll Department is part of the Division of Finance and Administration and reports to the Associate Vice President of Finance and University Controller. The mission of the Payroll Department is to ensure the financial integrity of all payroll disbursement transactions for approximately 4,500 University employees annually through the use of appropriate processing, auditing and internal control procedures and to ensure that all University employees are paid promptly and accurately in accordance with all federal, state and local rules and regulations.

W-2 Information

Radford University is required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to provide each employee with a Form W-2 that states the employee’s compensation and tax withholding amounts for the prior year on or before January 31st. Given the University’s transition to in-house payroll operations and in partnership with ADP, W-2’s can now be accessed through a link within OneCampus. When logged into OneCampus, keyword search for “W2”. From OneCampus you will be directed to ADP’s site utilizing single sign on. Additionally, employees will have a W-2 mailed to their permanent address.  Historical W-2’s can still be accessed through the state Department of Accounts Payline system.

Please contact the Payroll Office at payroll@radford.edu or (540) 831-7610 with any questions.
