ABOUT
My present research is a cooperative project with VDH, Western Virginia Water Authority, UVa and VT to measure SARS-CoV-2 in wastewater samples in the Roanoke/Salem area. We hope to use this information to direct public health measures in response to the virus. We also were awarded a grant by the VDH through the CDC to compare two methods for determining levels of SARS-CoV-2 in wastewater samples in the Roanoke/Salem area.
