Lodging

  • There are many different lodging choices in Radford Virginia, whether you will be here overnight or for an extended visit. From our various hotels to local Bed & Breakfast options, we have plenty of room for your group.
  • On-campus residence halls are centrally located near the meeting and dining facilities. Linen service is included with air-conditioned residence halls and available for an additional fee in the non-air conditioned residence halls. Vending machines, kitchens, and laundry facilities are available in each residence hall for your convenience. Residence hall rooms are available during the summer season only (early May to late July).  Contact Conference Services to arrange use of our on-campus lodging options - 540-831-5800 or e-mail: conf-serv@adford.edu.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all University buildings, and is only allowed at least 25 feet from the entrance or exit of any building.
  • Our campus offers a wide variety of facilities and amenities to meet your needs as a sponsor.  Some facilities offer permanent seating while other floor plans can be arranged to meet your specific needs.  Contact Conference Services for more details - 540-831-5800 or e-mail: conf-serv@radford.edu.

Audio-Visual Equipment

Radford University takes great pride in the latest state-of-the-art media services that are available to our clients. Most facilities are equipped with audiovisual technology.  For room locations that do not have the needed AV equipment, it can be provided through arrangements made with Conference Services.  Call the Conference Services office at (540) 831-5800 if you have questions regarding special meeting rooms or the technology arrangements needed for your conference.

Off Campus Retreat/Meeting Facilities

Selu Conservancy:  For a change of pace, host your meeting at Selu, a 360 acre conservancy located 7 miles from campus on the Little River.  The Selu Retreat Center, observatory, trails and low ropes challenge course provide unique workshop and team-building alternatives for small to mid-size groups.  Overnight bunk-style lodging is available for 20 people.
