Book Edited by RU Professor Explores Neversink River
RADFORD The Legendary Neversink: A Treasury of the Best Writing About One of America’s Great Trout Rivers is a collection of fishing essays edited by Radford University English professor Justin Askins. The book has been published by Skyhorse Press.
Askins’ perspective as a naturalist was related in his autobiography In Search of the Wild. He has published more than 300 articles in newspapers and magazines, including Appalachia, Fly Fisherman, Sports Afield and Fly Fish America. He has contributed to the RU student online magazine Whim and currently is working on a collection of humorous essays.
