RADFORD -- The Radford University Board of Visitors will hold its quarterly board meeting on Tuesday-Thursday, September 2-4, in Martin Hall on the RU campus.

During the Board meeting, in addition to other actions, the members of the Board of Visitors will meet in closed session to discuss personnel matters and receive an update from legal counsel on a litigation matter, will hear reports and recommendations from the three Board committees, will appoint the non-voting faculty representative to the Board, and will elect officers for the coming year.
