RU Names Associate Dean of Waldron College of Health and Human Services

RADFORD – Radford University has selected Kenneth Cox as the associate dean of Waldron College of Health and Human Services. His main responsibilities will include facilitating fundraising and assisting with strategic planning.

Kenneth Cox“Dr. Cox is an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member with a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will immediately benefit the college,” said Raymond Linville, professor and dean of Waldron College. “He is highly respected across campus and will be a tremendous addition to our office.”

Cox previously served as the chairman for the RU Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. He earned his doctorate in audiology from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in public health and public health leadership from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Cox will retain his rank as an associate professor and director of audiologic services and will continue to serve as a faculty member. His appointment as associate dean is effective August 10.
