In 1994, the Radford University Foundation provided 170 academic scholarships with an average annual award of $731. The number of scholarships has grown to 600 for the 2003-2004 academic year, with an anticipated average annual award of approximately $1,000.
Eric Young earned a prestigious Arts Society Scholarship during his freshman year. The Arts Society provides money for scholarship support for students in the College of Visual and Performing Arts.
