Blacksburg, Va. - Brian Richotte (Berkley, Mich.) claimed third in the weight throw at the Virginia Tech Last Chance Meet Saturday morning at the Rector Field House.

Richotte threw a distance of 66’10.40” breaking his old school record of 65'07.40". Virginia Tech’s Jullien Spyridon took first place with a throw of 76’3.30” while North Carolina’s Nick Owens placed second with a distance of 68’10.40”.

The NCAA Indoor Championships will be held March 11-12 in Fayetville, Ark.
