Nava and McGuire Compete at NCAA East Regionals

Fairfax, Va. -- Goran Nava (Castello Brianza, Italy) and Sean McGuire (Tacoma, Wash./Henry Foss HS) competed at the NCAA East Regionals hosted by George Mason University over the weekend.

In the 800 meter run, Nava finished third in his heat and 13th overall with a time of 1:50.42. The winners of the five heats and the next best three times advance to the finals. McGuire placed 34th in the javelin with a toss of 49.10 meters.
