Radford, Va. - Robel Menigsteab rallied from 1-4 down in the third set to win the set, 6-4, and give the Highlanders a 4-3 win over UNC Asheville in men's tennis. With the win, the men's tennis team snapped an 12-match losing streak. The women lost a tough, 4-3 decision to the Bulldogs as UNCA's Nancy Livesay was able to take the deciding third set in her #3 match against RU's Blaire Stover and help the Bulldogs to the win.

RU's men improve to 3-18, 1-6 in the Big South, while the women drop to 2-11 and 1-6 in the conference.

The Highlanders host Norfolk State at 10 a.m. on Saturday. The men will also entertain VMI at 3 p.m. later that day.
