Undergraduate Expected Learning Outcomes

 

Ø      Demonstrate breadth of knowledge in the field of psychology.

Ø      Demonstrate an understanding of the social and cultural determinants of behavior.

Ø      Demonstrate an understanding of the procedures and methods used to gather and evaluate empirical research data in psychology.

Ø      Design, conduct, and evaluate empirical research projects in the field of psychology.

Ø      Prepare research reports in APA-approved format.

Ø      Demonstrate an understanding of the historical origins of ideas in the field of psychology.

Ø      Demonstrate familiarity with the ethical principles governing the conduct of psychologists.

Ø      Demonstrate familiarity with accepted procedures and methods used to measure and quantify behavior and psychological processes.
