Dr. Reilly received her Ph.D. from
Dartmouth College in 1985. She has been at Radford since 1993, teaching
courses in organizational psychology, organization development, selection,
and psychometric theory, and supervising internships. Her primary research
interests are the development and behavioral expression of commitment, work
stress and decision making, and issues related to the ADA. Nothing makes her
happier than a big pile o' data.

Dr. Robson received his Ph.D. from
the University of Tulsa in 2000. He joined the psychology department at
Radford University in 2002, teaching courses in performance appraisal,
selection, work behavior, consumer psychology, social psychology, and
supervising internships. His primary research interests are aging in the
workplace, social desirability and personality measures, and the assessment
and development of competencies.

Dr. Aamodt received his
Ph.D. from the University of Arkansas. He taught full time at Radford
from 1983 until 2008, teaching courses in employee selection,
job analysis and training, and directing the I/O graduate program.
