Dr. Mike AamodtDr. Aamodt received his Ph.D. from the University of Arkansas. He has been at Radford since 1983, teaching courses in employee selection, job analysis and training, and directing the I/O graduate program. His primary research interests are police selection, references and reference checking, the development and validation of tests, and forensic psychology. Dr. Nora ReillyDr. Reilly received her Ph.D. from Dartmouth College in 1985. She has been at Radford since 1993, teaching courses in organizational psychology, organization development, selection, and psychometric theory, and supervising internships. Her primary research interests are the development and behavioral expression of commitment, work stress and decision making, and issues related to the ADA. Dr. Sean RobsonDr. Robson received his Ph.D. from the University of Tulsa in 2000. He joined the psychology department at Radford University in 2002, teaching courses in performance appraisal, selection, work behavior, consumer psychology, social psychology, and supervising internships.
